Full formula

The same formula as the Light formula, but with the drafting of a report.

The report consists of an estimate of the cost of any necessary repair or transformation work in the property you intend to purchase. This written estimate is necessary for a possible bank loan.

The report can also consist of an estimate of the market value of the property for negotiation purposes with the seller.
